I want to tone my upper arms and lose fat around under arms. What do I do?

I am 40 years old female and exercise everyday. My current weight is 130 pounds.

My whole body looks toned up except my arms and the area around the underarms. Pl help.

Toned and shapely arms can be achieved through an appropriate conditioning program and good nutritional habits. Your conditioning program should consist of high-volume resistance training for the whole body, with a special emphasis on the upper extremity. To achieve shape and tone to the arms, your training program should consist of a repetition range of 6 to 12 repetitions per set with rest intervals of 60 to 90 seconds between sets. Work up to multiple-set training (e.g., 3 to 4 sets per exercise, rather than single-set routines) and make sure that at least some of the sets in your exercise session are be performed to the point of muscular failure. The second thing to consider is eating a varied, nutritious diet.
