For the most part, women can enjoy the same exercises and activities during their pregnancy as they did before they got pregnant. As long as there are no health complications, you can generally use comfort as a guide when exercising. Both aerobic and strength-training exercises are fine. You should also feel confident that adverse pregnancy or neonatal outcomes are not increased for exercising women. It is recommended that pregnant women receive clearance from physicians for exercise to be sure that the pregnancy is healthy and without complications.
There are, however, a few things to avoid. Pregnant women should steer clear of activities that carry a risk for falling and fetal trauma (e.g., downhill skiing, contact sports, and racquet sports). Also, avoid lying on your back during floor exercises for extended periods (longer than 5 minutes) after the first trimester as this may decrease blood circulation to the baby. Check out the link below for a few great core and strength exercises for pregnant women.
